"I needed a new challenge as it wasn't possible to manage 18 staff and have the time to design as well. It's very rewarding to create design solutions that impact positively on a client's business."

Over his 20 years of experience as a designer and having worked at some of Londons leading design companies he has acquired a notable list of projects to his portfolio. More recently he was responsible for the brand design and international implementation of the world’s largest security company Group 4 Securicor (G4S) in over 100 countries around the world.

as adding a youthful attitude and perspective, she brings technical and web expertise to Think Red. Being the top student at the Malaysian Institute of Art, she won a scholarship to NZ, where she graduated last winter. Agnes latest work has been showcased in Threaded Magazine and Almanac of Asia Pacific Design III.

has over 18 years experience in a wide variety of marketing roles. He has a proven track record within large international corporations as well as SME's, he spent 6 years within global marketing at The Body Shop. More recently in New Zealand, Wayne has developed a new brand direction for a major retail chain. He is highly skilled in marketing communications, brand and strategic marketing management.
